岗位目标
负责评估产品以取得在产品规格和公司质量程序里所规定的安全和质量标准

岗位职责
1. 对完工的零部件、成品和样品提供准确产品验证（检验及测试）结果以满足《产品规格》、《公司质量程序》及客户所规定的安全、功能和外观要求
2. 现场工艺确认，产品认证及简单数据分析
3. 理解产品质量不良（测试检验结果失败，拒收和/或客户投诉的影响，并向QA/QE和上级汇报，协助研究应急计划
4. 及时向QA/QE和上级汇报任何异常事件
5. 了解项目生产状态并定期进行生产监督
6. 跟进工厂的《改善和预防计划》

技能要求
1. 足够的英文水平，尤其在阅读产品规格和书写报告方面
2. 基本的运用 Word 和 Excel的计算机操作能力
3. 了解客户需求及国家有关玩具的安规标准
4. 具有在塑料、毛绒以及电子产品方面的产品检验经验
5. 与内部和外部的良好沟通能力
6. 具有产品过程控制和监督方面的知识

POSITION PURPOSE:
To evaluate the products that are achieving the safety and quality criteria defined in Product Specification and Creata quality procedures.

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide accuracy product verification (inspection and testing) result on finished parts, final products and samples that able to meet the safety, functional and aesthetic requirement specified in the Product Specification, Creata quality procedures and client expectation.
2. Performing on-site process validation, product verification and simple data analysis
3. Understand the impact of product quality in case of negative issues (test failure result, rejects and/or customer complaint) and report to QAE and superior. Provide assistance in developing contingency plan.
4. Report any abnormal events to QAE and superiors in a timely manner
5. Understand the project production status and perform the production monitor in regular time base
6. Follow up Corrective Action Plan with factory.

COMPENTENCIES: Knowledge, skills, abilities and attributes (characteristics) that enable people to successfully perform their jobs. An example list of 10 popular competencies that are flexible and can cross multiple Creata groups/departments:
1. Adequate English especially in reading specification and writing reports
2. With basic computer operating skill in Word and Excel
3. Knowledge of clients requirements and country standards on toy safety testing
4. Experience in product inspection on Plastic, Plush and Electronic products
5. Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally
6. Knowledge in manufacturing process control & monitoring
