10. 具备iOS系统视频和移动数据流开发经验
11. 了解iOS为平台的产品开发如iPad, iPhone 3Gs, iPhone4 (s) 以及移动门户网站开发
12. 能够根据工作需要学习运用新的计算机语言及开发工具
13. 具有良好的跨部门沟通管理及工作能力
14. 拥有基本的项目管理技巧，确保所负责任务按期完成。
技能要求
1. 有游戏开发经验者优先
2. 有iOS系统上Coco2D开发经验优先
3. 具备J2EE开发经验者优先
4. 必须具备WEB Services相关开发经验
5. 良好的项目管理能力
6. 按时完成任务
7. 与关键开发者/设计者/项目组成员共同工作
8. 能够处理现有的xCode项目
9. 有效解决问题的能力
10. 优秀的中文读、写及沟通能力(英语更佳)
学历及经验要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、多媒体等相关专业
2. 至少两年以上相关软件开发工作经验
3. 熟悉数字化产品开发流程
ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Building mobile application/games
2. Coding according to standardized coding conventions
3. Building web portals from the ground up
4. Building a game from the ground up
5. Expertise with OOP programming techniques and understand a RIA/SOA architecture in both XCode and Java
6. An innovative approach and an interest in experimenting with new technologies.
7. Must work well in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
8. An obsession for high-quality, on-time deliveries.
9. Must have experience with internet technologies, including, REST, Remoting, Server Side Communications, JSON, XML, JavaScript, AJAX, and HTML(5).
10. Video and data streaming with mobile on iOS
11. Knowledge of how to make things work across various iOS devices: iPad, iPhone 3Gs, iPhone4 (s) and mobile web portals.
12. Able to pick up new toolsets and languages as needed
13. Interpersonal skills to possibly manage and work with other team members.
14. Basic project management skills and the ability to self-organize tasks to be completed by deadlines.

COMPETENCIES: Knowledge, skills, abilities and attributes (characteristics) that enable people to successfully perform their jobs. Education: Bachelor Degree with major of science or engineering.

1. Game development experience is a plus
2. Coco2D on iOS experience is a plus
3. J2EE Development is a plus for this role
4. Must have experience with WEB Services

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. At least bachelor's degree major in Computing / Science / Digital Media
2. At least 2 years relative working experiences in a software engineering background.
3. Familiar with digital production process
