1.从事电子商务客服运营1年以上；
2.熟悉各大电子商务平台操作流程；
3熟悉电子商务客服及销售技巧，话术；
4.性格温和，有耐心，有责任感；
5.熟知淘宝站内推广优先；
工作职责：
1.通过旺旺，QQ等聊天工具接待客户，可以独挡一面以真诚的服务态度和销售技巧解答疑问，促成交易；
2.负责答复，跟进及反馈网络客户咨询，跟踪售后服务；
3.负责网店进销管理，接单，发货。
