硬性要求：本科或以上学历，英语听书读写熟练，4年左右或以上生产项目管理经验

The responsibility:
Provide project management of cosmetic product re-site project

1. Develop comprehensive project plans, manage, track & communicate to plant Mex team through regular review cadence for project update, risk management & issue resolution

2. Effectively manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, and quality throughout the project. Manage the project scope and signoff process, manage the execution of deliverables while control scope, execute the change management process when needed, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks.

3. Plan, manage and communicate the progress of projects, achieving project milestones and maintaining project momentum via standard dashboards.

4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of and compliance with internal processes and procedures

Work closely with other functions and business partners, set up regular plant performance meeting and related meeting to drive site performance improvement

Support site JJPS lead to drive plant improvement projects

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:

· University graduate, *** or ***, fluent in both Chinese and English, prefer industrial background

· Good experience in handling project (5+yrs), i.e. from earlier planning stage, through project execution, to completion

· Knowledge to use Project Management tools such as the Microsoft "project management".

· Outstanding verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to successfully interact with stakeholders and colleagues via phone, email and in-person

· Able to facilitate/support sizable team discussion, physically face to face meeting or via teleconference.

· He/she will be good at communication with both local and global departments

· Ability to work collaboratively with virtual teams in a matrixed organization

· He/she must be a detail person with good time management, good time keeper

· Ability to manage risk.

· He/she must be a good report writer

· He /she is a mature, independent, self-initiative, and with good people skill

· Knowledge of manufacturing processes, experience of product transfer in Cosmetic industry will be value added

· Based in Beijing, seasonal overtime maybe needed
