职位描述
1) Provide test requirements to supplier/UHK/merchandising team base on actual sample, sample photo and other product information
2) Work with US/HK/labs/suppliers for test failures/quality issue solution
3) Provide labs documents that need authorized signature per test
4) Update factory audit status, verify audit reports/certificates, provide suppliers audit requirements and arrange audit for suppliers
5) Conduct internal factory audits including social compliance,FCMS,C-TPAT at factory and make sure substance compliance
6) Update test requirements and inform QA team/merchandising team/suppliers
7) Collect children good test sample from suppliers, complete labeling on artwork with designer/merchandising team, prepare test documents and follow test result with labs
8) Handle x-ray scanning on test sample, communicate with supplier and follow up once incompliance found till pass when Allen is absence or busy
9) Double check labeling/tracking code before test sample submits
10) Monitor QA team member’s activities, provide instruction and training, assign duty to each one base on member’s ability and performance
11) Check, confirm QC’s traveling charges and approved
12) Regularly meeting with all QC/QA members to understand what problem they/supplier have, update them company’s policy/instruction, provide solution and supporting to them
1-大专或以上毕业，英文精通。
2-5年以上相关工作经验；
3-了解儿童产品生产过程，产品特点，产品要求；
4-熟悉欧美儿童产品的相关测试要求；
5--积极，主动，细心，耐心，强烈的责任心，有发现并解决问题的能力；
6-乐于协助他人，具有团队合作精神，有一定管理经验者优先；
7-熟练运用电脑；懂粤语者优先。
