Summary Description
Joyo Amazon is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join our company as a Recruiter, supporting our Kindle Operations in Shenzhen, China
We are seeking a talented, results-oriented Recruiter, with a strong passion for customer focus, to join our HR team. The primary role will be providing recruiting support for client groups on the technical team. As such, the Recruiter will be responsible for working closely with hiring managers to define the sourcing strategy, generate high caliber talent and close top candidates; all within a fast-moving and super dynamic environment. The Recruiter will also be expected to work closely with HR team and business to make a direct and immediate impact on our ability to source and hire the brightest talent to meet the business development of Amazon China.
Focus and Deliverables:
- Utilize this information to develop most effective recruiting strategies.
- Help drive all sourcing channels actively, including employee referrals, utilization of vendors, campus hiring, etc.
- Use the recruiting process to drive the most effective and targeted recruiting strategies to impact business success, including guidance on job descriptions, levels, interview loops and candidate sourcing strategy.
- Active participation in the full cycle, including emphasis on utilizing assessment skills to help evaluate candidates and ensure the highest bar.
- Gather candidate feedback from interview team and lead final assessment and selection process.
- Negotiate and prepare the offers, provide candidate offer package recommendation to line manager
- Manage the data associated with the recruitment process to ensure all relevant data on applicants
- Monitor Headcount status
- Emphasis on continuous improvement, as such it is expected that you will spend time to ensure ongoing education of hiring managers and interviews on recruitment "best practice"and interview skills training
- Implement the recruitment tools/systems in China base on the guidance from HQ
- Assist the recruitment manager to complete the important projects as needed
Essential Skills and Competencies:
- 4+ years recruiting experience, working in a medium to high volume, high hiring-bar environment (corporate and agency experience preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills with a track record of implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive candidates
- Able to understand business requirements and frame these requirements in such a way that technical and operational solutions can be developed for highest impact.
- Desire to work in a dynamic, aggressively growing environment
- Diplomatic and a proven ability to build relationships
- Strong communication and influencing skill
- Project management experience
- Ability to liaise with senior management both within the business and HR groups
- Great team players
- Experience in Supply Chain Management or IT industry
- Knowledge on engineering especial electronics commodities are a big plus.
Education:
Required Degree: Bachelor degree or above
Languages:
Good English (written/oral) knowledge required.
