1、Compile the supply chain strategy and plan, lead the team to implement the long term plan and short term plan so as to support the business effectively.

2、 Compile the AOP annual plan and the budget. Review and control the all cost within the budget.

3、 Be responsible for master planning creation and ensure production dep. be able to excuse the production plan based on it . Work with related departments including sales; customer care to support production team to run the factory efficiently

4、 Be responsible to purchase the production material according to the BOM and lead time. Monitoring vendors to delivery material  on planned schedule.

5、Be responsible to generate the payment requester, control the payment team within the target.

6、 Support production department to improve productivity and meet company goal such as inventory; inventory turn; on time delivery etc 

7、 Be responsible to import and export products/material and meet the ITC requirement

8、 Be in charge of vendor development based on the requirement of NPI / production.  Signing and managing the contract / agreement with vendors; implementing the vendor performance assessment and improvement.

9、 Build up a effective organization and lead the team to hit annual PQP goal. Mainly drive the VE/PPV projects.

10、 Be responsible for employee management and team work establishment to ensure talent retention, high efficiency and strong motivity within department.

11、 Be responsible for associate with related department i.e. Production , Finance etc. to keep smooth communication and good cooperation with them,

12、Support the R/D to develop the new products and support the all other products transfer projects

13、Working with all the related global departments and generated the related reports.

14、Maintain the all the information in the SAP system, keep the all the cost information being correct.

Qualifications：

1、 10 + years related working experience and 5+ years on the leader position 

2、 Negotiation skill and communication skill is required

3、 Fluent English in written and oral

4、VD field working experience or education background is preferred

5、Project management skill is preferred

6、Bio-material sourcing experience is preferred
