高级3D绘图师

工作职责和目标

·         完成3D绘图工作，达到KPI目标

o    用3D软件绘制高质量的产品图片

o    按时完成每日工作任务

o    建立分类和更新模板数据库

o    完成改善任务

·         不断培训和改善3D团队

o    为初级绘图师和新同事进行3D技术和流程 培训

o    不断发掘新的3D技术并应用在日常工作里

o    用丰富的知识和创意性想法支持解决3D团队的技术问题

·         与平面团队紧密合作

o    和质量控制团队合作改善图片质量

o    有需要时和平面编辑团队合作

o    向3D主管汇报

职位要求：

• 三年以上3D绘图经验，工业设计、产品设计或其它3D设计相关专业
• 对图片质量和细节有敏锐的眼光(纹理，反光，阴影，颜色)
• 可以培训员工，能传递知识完善培训
• 出色的作品集
• 精通Rhino和Keyshot
• 熟练英语听说读写能力为加分项
• 出色的组织和流程管理能力
• 主动解决问题，乐观向上
