工作职责：

Primary Responsibility:

• 下单，跟踪整个订单流程直到出货。
  Order placement, follow up the whole order process until delivery.

• 与内外部协调质量、费用及运输事宜，确保订单流程的顺利进行。
  Coordinate with internal （QA, Accounting, category manager "CM"） and external parties (Supplier/ forwarder) to ensure smooth order process.

• 监控订单进度并将问题上报给上级/ 产品经理。
  Monitor order milestones and escalate problem cases to supervisor / CM.

• 供应商管理及谈判。
  Supplier management and negotiation.
• 预估出货量，安排出货。
  Forecast delivery volume and transport coordination.
• 熟悉海运出货操作的优先。
  Experience in sea freight shipment arrangement will be preferred.
  
  

任职要求：

Requirements:

• 大专以上学历,国际贸易或英语专业。
  College graduated or above, major in international trading or English.
• 3年以上工厂或贸易公司的跟单经验。

Above 3 years' experience with order handling in factory or trade company.

• 擅长与供应商和公司内部的联系和沟通。

Good at supplier and internal contact and communication.

• 熟悉海运流程及相关文件。

Familiar with Sea freight shipment process and relevant documents.

• 良好的英语水平。

Good English in writing and reading.

• 熟悉ERP， Excel等办公软件。

Familiar with ERP, Excel software.

• 有责任心，做事有条理，细心。

Sense of responsibility, well organized and detailed oriented.
