As an integral part of Asia logistics team, you are responsible for our shipping operation from China to overseas. You will partner with procurement, category, warehouse team to improve overall performance within product flow, transit time and shipping cost. You will lead a expanding team to support the growing business.

    

Primary Responsibilities:

    

·         Ensure smooth and efficient shipping arrangement

    

·         Ensure all shipping requirement are met and provide visibility of shipping status

    

·         Manage the performance of carriers through KPI

    

·         Improve the shipping process and identify the cost saving opportunity

    

·         Manage and develop the shipping team

    

·         Other tasks assigned by management

    

Requirements:

• College or above, major in logistics or international trading related is preferred
• 5+ years of working experience with 3+ years in shipping
• Solid knowledge on the import/export customs clearance
• Good understanding on e-commerce, process and system
• Management experience and leadership
• Good communication and coordination skill
• Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of logistics information system (ERP, TMS and WMS)
• Self-motivated and proactive, willing to take responsibility
• Excellent teamwork and working well under pressure
• Good command of English both written and oral
