This person will work from Shenzhen and focus on new project quality control to ensure all necessary APQP activities to be launched well in the plant. He/she will also be  responsible for electrical function failure analysis.

Responsibilities:

1 Focus on the new project quality in the plant, Responsible for maintaining and improving product quality within the APQP process;

2 Act as a window of new project quality in the plant, work closely with AQE and new project team to ensure all necessary activities launched well in the plant,  to achieve the quality goal and make the new project move to serial production smoothly;

3 Responsible for failure analysis both for failures in project phase and customer complaint;

4 Support product failure analysis especially for customer returns and 8D submission.Travel to customer side for on-site analysis if necessary. 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines;
2. 3+ years in design/project quality management or process quality control experience in electronics manufacturing industry.
3. Solid knowledge in fundamental of analog and digital circuit

4.  Expertise in electrical design elements: PCBA, switches, wire harnesses, IC, motors, transformers, capacitors, resistors, inductors etc.

5. Expertise in electrical component manufacturing processes:  SMT, wave-solder, etc

6. Good command of APQP, PPAP and familiar with IATF16949/8D/SPC/FMEA/MSA.

7. Good communication in written and oral English.
