Business Support Executive

（商务支持专员）

Reporting to mangager, you will create and update customer account in trade system,assist in preparing PO&SO for multiple items&updating supply&demand in system if necessary.You will be responsible for  process matching of PO&SO,distribution of PO&SO documents internally,prepare US export control complicance statement and shipping documents. You are also required to be able to perform hands-on picking and packing of parts in the warehouse as and when the need arises.

Requirements:

• College certificates 大专学历
• Proficient in English 英语流利
• Mininum 1 years of working experience,preferably with MNC
• 有外企工作背景优先
• Good communication skill  善于沟通
• Able to multi-task and proactive person
• 能完成上司交待的任务，具有积极的工作态度。
