作为FB Solution的厨师顾问，您将支持我们的销售团队为本地和外国客户提供多种额外服务。从样品品尝到创意工作坊和菜单咨询服务，您将帮助我们的团队完成我们对客户的额外承诺。

在北京，您将有机会到中国北方的不同城市旅行，并根据我们销售团队的需要——参加大型客户会议或全国贸易展。

熟悉法国烘焙和糕点产品，对法国美食和文化有着浓厚的兴趣，你的适应能力和开放的心态将帮助你提出符合不同客户标准的创意方案。

您的使命

§ 在客户会议上(中文和英文)需要专业眼光时，根据客户要求支持销售团队

§ 确认您对本地和国际客户的需求、面临的问题和各种客户档案的机会的理解，以便开发可行的解决方案。

§ 根据客户会议和相关样品，制定和管理烘焙计划

§ 针对不同类别的客户(星级酒店、精品餐厅、烘焙连锁店、咖啡厅、餐饮航空公司等)，为专业人士制定不同的工作坊理念。

§ 在全国贸易展上带领现场烹饪展示，吸引游客，展示我们的产品潜力

§ 协调本地活动期间的团队支持，以提供高效、专业的产品展示

§ 每月为微信博客部分开发未完成产品的配方，或者是西方灵感和东西方融合的配方

§ 监督食谱的制作步骤以及博客部分食谱的最终拍摄结果

§ 使用愿景和战略思维来预测未来的需求，并推荐将推动业务发展的业务构建理念。

教育程度

大专以上或同等学历。

以中文为母语，良好的英语听说读写能力。

相关工作经验

至少2年专业厨房工作经验。

有法国餐厅或面包店工作经验者优先。

核心技能

以客户为中心，沟通，战略思维和完美的卫生标准。

能够在多元文化的环境中工作，并根据客户的类别调整态度和行为。

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

As a Chef Consultant with FB Solution, you will be supporting our sales team delivering multiple extra services to our local and foreigner clients. From sample tastings to creative workshops and menu consulting service, you will help our team do the extra mile we commit to our clients.

Primarily based in Beijing, you will have the opportunity to travel different cities in North China and further, upon the need of our sales teams – for major client meetings or national tradeshows.

Already knowledgeable in French bakery and pastry products with a strong interest in French cuisine and culture, your adaptive personality and open mindset will help you come up with creative proposals in line with the standard of the various clients addressed.

YOUR MISSIONS

§ Support sales team upon request on their client meeting (in Chinese and in English) when a professional eye is needed

§ Confirm your understanding of local and international customers’ needs, issues faced and opportunities with various customer profiles in order to develop viable solutions.

§ Plan and manage baking schedules based on client meetings and related samples

§ Develop different workshop concepts for professionals based on the different categories of clients (starred hotel, fine-dining restaurant, bakery chains, coffeeshops, catering airlines, etc.)

§ Lead live cooking demonstration on national tradeshows to attract visitors and showcase our products potential

§ Coordinate teams support during local event in order to deliver efficient and professional product display

§ Develop monthly recipes with of our non-finished products for a WeChat blogging section, alternatively of Western inspiration and East-West fusion

§ Supervise recipes’ steps and final result photo shooting of the recipes for the blogging section

§ Use vision and strategic thinking to anticipate future needs and recommend business building ideas that will drive the business.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.

Native Chinese speaker, with excellent oral and written English.

RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE

At least 5-year experience in a professional kitchen.

Experience in a French restaurant or French bakery is a plus.

CORE SKILLS

Customer focus, communication, strategic thinking and Impeccable hygiene standard.

Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt attitude and behaviour based on client’s category.
