职位描述：

对经销商/ 大客户业务的商务支持岗位；通过与内外部的协调，促进中国区客户业务发展。

  

具体工作:

  1.  项目投标：投标文件的准备，并协调内部进行标书审核，协调投标保证金的支付

  2.  销售合同：制作合同，协调处理销售合同中出现的特殊服务条款，和执行公司内部审批流程和对外客户的商务沟通；

  3.  根据客户要求订单执行部门进行发货安排，交车验收跟踪，预付款和尾款提醒

  4.  大客户数据的维护和数据分析

  5.  文档管理，包括当地客户文档、合同文件和其他重要文件管理

  6.  配合业务支持主管安排的其它工作

  

岗位要求：

  1.  大学本科在读，大二大三优先考虑，每周可实习2-4天

  2.  熟悉使用办公软件Excel和Word

  3.  执行力强

  4.  良好的内部沟通协调和统筹能力

  5.  基础英语读写能力（CET-4）
