?        Responsible for generating existing and/or new sales for assigned named accounts or assigned geographic, territory, industry or accounts list, or for identifying and recruiting strategic partners to embed and/or resell R&S service products.

    

?        Promotes and sells service products and/or service solutions to current or new customers/partners and informs customers of service product introductions. Creates monitors and revises lead generation plans. Responsible for developing customers and maintaining their satisfaction. Maintains positive ongoing long-term relationships with key customers.

    

?        Work with service delivery team and CSR to provide customer with yearly service review, service contract renew.

    

?        Draft SOW after collect the information from both customer and delivery team.

    

?        Other duties assigned by service sales manager.

?        Be excited on challenge.

    

?        Have the capability to get customer feedback & expectation through different channels. Understands and meets customer needs through the creation of services, the provision of effective delivery processes, and ongoing support. Builds partnerships with other support organizations to ensure a profitable revenue growth, optimizing customer satisfaction. Submit the corresponding information to service director if it is necessary.

    

?        Build up the partnership with HW sales engineers/service market team and Divisions to find service biz opportunity and achieve the company & team OI target.

    

?        Good command of English and MS office.

    

?        Good communication skill in speaking and listening.

    

?        Strong sense of customer focus and teamwork.
