Technical Program Manager (Xbox Product Engineering)

Job Description:
- Responsible for Manufacturing Product Engineering leadership in support and sustaining of product quality/yield, in a high volume contract manufacturing environment.
- Provide program management support to new product introduction, quality/yield improvement.
- Act as interface with Internal and CM team for improvement of quality/yield
- Identify key issues in sustaining of production, prioritize and assign resource to improve
- Drive engineering/quality continuous improvement and excursion prevention
- Work closely with Development, NPI, factory management, MTE, Reliability, Supplier Quality to improved product quality and manufacturing efficiencies.

- Report weekly status to Management.

Skill and Abilities:
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Technology.
- A minimum of 5-8 year experience in Product Engineering Management, Program Management or related industry experience.
- Experience directly managing and leading a technical team
- A strong verbal and written communication skill is a must along with good interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of physical and electrical failure analysis flows.
- Familiarity of very high volume production environment and contract manufacturing.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
