职责描述：

- 组建项目团队，维护团队成员列表；

- 负责产品硬件需求导入和硬件需求变更实施；

- 制定、实施和跟踪产品开发及NPI（ES/EV/DV）试制时程表，识别各项活动关键路径，并对各项活动进行风险预估和风险管控，整理和归档NPI试制相关表单文件；

- 负责产品规划、设计、EV、DV、PV和MP 阶段之milestone 控制；

- 召开试制各阶段协调总结会议，追踪确认试制准备，制定和审核试制MIL改善对策并管控试制EV到DV准入；

- 建立和管控试制和量厂各阶段BOM，管控2nd source；

- 协助FPM处理NPI/PV阶段之RD相关事项及问题；

- 协助MPM处理NPI阶段之SRA料况相关事项及问题；

- 完成上级交办的临时任务。

任职要求：

- 本科以上学历，通信类、电子类、电气类等相关专业优先;?

- 五年以上通信行业工作经验，两年以上项目管理经验，有一定的团队管理经验;???

- 深谙通信行业工厂运作模式及流程，有国内大型通信行业经验者优先;

- 优秀的英语读写能力；

- 有PMP证书者优先。
