1、根据公司下达的直播销售计划，负责店铺直播销售，完成直播销售目标；

2、进行直播的销售情况的整理和反馈，统计及分析直播的效果，提高直播的流量及转化率；

3、可通过多种直播平台做销售、小红书、快手、抖音等；

4、整理和收集服装销售行业的直播销售数据，建立最新的信息资料库，为上级提供直播依据和数据支持。

任职资格：

1、高中或以上学历，熟悉网络渠道直播，有直播运营（服装销售）经验优先；

2、了解服装销售直播业及主播的运营方式；

3、口头表达及沟通能力强，性格外向，抗压能力强。

4、懂得服装基本搭配，热爱服装，对时尚有独到见解。
