职位描述

JOB PURPOSE:

1) The Prime Responsibility of the Role is to Develop, Drive and execute Sales Strategies for General Lighting for LEDs and Associative Products.


2) Work in conjunction with the Future Lighting Technical and Marketing Managers; ensure strategies are aligned to Maximize Sales Revenue and Profitability Growth.


3) Manage, develop and Lead a Team of Sales and TSM Executives to create business opportunities across Target Market Segments.


4) Develop Key Relationships with Customer Decision Makers that deliver successful adoption of LED Technology and exceed Revenue Sales Goals.

5) Continue to explore and identify potential Market Sectors for exponential growth for the FLS Product Portfolio.


6) Follow up some strategic accounts directly.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:


1) The Prime Responsibility of the Role is to Develop, Drive and execute Sales Strategies for the major Market Sectors, Automotive, Camera Flash and General Lighting for Lumileds and Associative Products.


2) Work in conjunction with the Future Lighting Technical and Marketing Managers; ensure strategies are aligned to Maximise Sales Revenue and Profitability Growth.


3) Manage, develop and Lead a Team of Sales and TSM Executives to create business opportunities across Target Market Segments.


4) Develop Key Relationships with Customer Decision Makers that deliver successful adoption of LED Technology and exceed Revenue Sales Goals.


5) Continue to explore and identify potential Market Sectors for exponential growth for the FLS Product Portfolio. Alignment with Future regional management to define the structure and resource requirements to achieve short/medium and long term sales plans.

1. Performance to sales budgets


2. Customer expansion and penetration metrics


3. Solutions level sales (Product mix expansion)


4. Demand Creation funnel metrics for overall $ Value, # of opportunities, Design Wins, Production wins.



CREDENTIALS:


QUALIFICATIONS


v Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

EXPERIENCE


v Minimum of five years sales experience in a managerial capacity, with experience in managing and leading a sales team.
