职位描述

The role consists of providing support for our ERP application (Microsoft Dynamics AX/365) and other related business applications. The work ranges from investigating functional and data issues, discussing problems with developers, raising bugs where appropriate and helping users with understanding functionality. 

Additionally the role will involve testing of application fixes/changes to the system and lead user acceptance testing of changes/additions to business system, follow FDA compliance when necessary.


Key Accountabilities

& Track, troubleshooting and resolving ERP support issues.  Analyze and investigate issues, recreate problems in test systems, communicate the fix back to the user. 

& Keep track of multiple issues, prioritizing appropriately, and recording these issues in the issue tracking system. Update the online knowledge base. 

& Work with the software development team to help with documentation, provide bug details, testing. 

& Execute system testing

& Conduct user acceptance testing

& Investigate and document new AX and other system functionality and help with users training and roll out.


Knowledge & Experience

& A strong primary degree in Computer Science or related IT discipline and experienced in providing support or testing in a fast moving pressured environment. 

& A solid understanding of IT Business systems with the ability to dig beneath the user screens to find the source of the issue.  An understanding of relational databases with the ability to interrogate data. 

& Customer service focused with excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin and a positive attitude. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Ability to priorities tasks and work on own initiative as well as part of a team. 

& Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft products would be desirable such as Dynamics AX ERP, SQL Server.

& Automated testing experience is preferred
