任职资格：

1、大专或以上学历，机械、电子、机电相关专业；

2、四年以同岗位工作经验；

3、熟悉电子产品的结构和生产工艺流程，能独立分析解决生产加工过程中的相关工艺问题；

4、能够编制工艺文件，改进产品缺陷；

5、能看懂英文技术资料，熟练使用Proe/CAD绘图软件，熟悉结构者优先；

6、良好的学习和创新能力，工作认真，良好的团队合作精神。

                            

岗位职责：

1、SOP文件制作、 标准工时、工时效率制定、产线规划；

2、生产维护、不良分析及现场问题的处理，产品工艺流程的优化改善；

3、生产设备维护保养，生产夹具制作及维护保养；

4、跟踪生产过程物料损耗，制定损耗标准，降低关键物料的过程损耗。
