基本要求：

2. 机械类专业背景，学历不限

3. 三年产品设计、绘图经验 

4. 熟练使用SolidWorks建模软件 

5. 英语四级为佳，能进行英文文件读写、邮件往来及基本口语交流

6. 7K-15K/月，视能力而定，另有餐补25元/天，交通补贴10元/天

We are a technology company specializing in embedded security systems. We are searching one qualified candidate with 3 years of experience with an advanced knowledge in mechanical design and production.

Title: Engineer

Discipline: Mechanical Manufacturing 

Location: Guanlan, Longhua, Shenzhen 

Minimum Qualifications 

Main responsibilities:   

  

• Liaise with commercial and architecture team over design requirements, analyse and report on design requirements

• Liaise with customer service team over realistic field response and customers needs, analyse and present report over field requirements

• Formulate design specifications records, in fulfiling design requirements

• Conceptualise product design feasibility study utilising various tools including latest Solidworks, including 3D models and 2D draft analysis

• Analyse conceptual designs, and present to engineering teams, including documented records on tolerance analysis and simulation results

• Create and review 2D, 3D and design analysis documentations and reports to engineering teams

• Create, formulate and schedule design verification and development plan

• Optimise design and product development schedule, manage and update schedule accordingly, until project goal is accomplished

• Maintenance and modifications of engineering drawing utilising engineering drawing management system

• Manage issuance and controls of engineering changes

• Provide guidance to peers and engineering team including plan training and guidance to new team members

• Provide relevant engineering documentations and specifications to other departments and partnering organizations in achieving project goals. Other departments may include Quality, Fulfilment, Logistics, Procurement, Marketing, Customers Service, Sales, Finance and Management. Other partnering organizations may include OEM, ODM, suppliers and equipment manufacturers.

• Providing design guidance on production fixture and jig’s design

• Assist and execute operational activities at inter-departmental level

                       

Required skills:                                         

• Proficient in Solidworks; solid modeling, surface modeling, 2D drafting

• Proficient in Tol stack, GD&T, design analysis and linear FEA

• Proficient in utilizing tools and equipment in design validation and verification

• Experienced in FMEA, σ-analysis

• Experienced in manufacturing processes and surface coating processes for metallic material and polymeric material against outdoor environment

• Experienced in inter-company engineering project management, such as working with ODM and OEM

• Experienced in field issue handling and screening

• Experienced in root cause analysis for design and manufacturing process
