Purpose of the Role:

The primary function of this role is to deliver great customer service from regional hub. The role holder will track all aspects of service performance (CFR/OTIF/Delivery on time) in the end-to-end logistics process and ensure that proper root causing and appropriate actions are completed. This role holder will also do load building in APO for container movements to markets from the regional hub. This role holder will also act as the primary contact point for markets/OTC/PLAN teams for changes in orders, production plans, prioritisation and delivery escalations

Key Accountabilities: Transport Management, 3PL Partnering & Warehouse Management.

·        To manage TLB activities in APO in collaboration with market distribution/supply planners

·        Responsible for delivery of truck/container utilisation > 85%

·        Responsible for customer service KPIs including root causing, action planning and driving accountability with other stakeholders

·        Set up service SLAs with markets and tracking delivery and deviations versus those

·        Report and improve container utilisation for ex-hub deliveries through local process interventions

·        Coordinate customer requests, order risks &  escalations, including impact and connection to logistics and ensure the  execution of all necessary order amendments for all customers

·        Communication with Customer on order status & Customer queries for SMR markets

·        Management and follow up on Customer Claims for SMR markets for SMR markets

·        Drive actions to ensure orders and plans are aligned  all orders ex China hub from weekly risk calls – align on requirements and  ensure all updates made by necessary parties in a timely manner

·        Lead portfolio analysis, RTM analysis and warehouse cost analysis for APAC MOVE COE LT

Entry Level Requirements – Capabilities, Skills & Experience:

·         Understanding of different supply chain functions

·         Experience in customer service or customer collaboration in a CPG company

·         Word, Powerpoint & Excel skills with good SAP knowledge.

·         Experience of formalized performance management and reporting (KPIs)

·         Awareness of contract management terms and reporting.

·         Command of English (written and spoken) and Mandarin, Excellent collaboration skills

·         3 yrs of work experience minimum in logistics and/or customer service

·         Exposure to logistics cost reduction and service improvement programs
