Acqua Di Parma 帕尔玛之水 

New Position: Trainer-South 南区培训师 

Responsible Area 负责区域：深圳，广州，四川地区门店

主要职责：

1) Improve BC consultation and selling skill in order to provide better service to the customer, upon the brand selling ceremony

2) Deliver the training program independently, such as new BA training, new product training, upon the BC career path.

3) Identify training objective for every store visit according to the retail strategy. Then,

provide on-site coaching to BA and help them to build confidence while working in the field

4) Evaluate the BA together with retail team

5) Develop e-learning program together with training manager

6) Conduct beauty workshop for the customer

7) Maintain and upgrade BA image

8) Assist in line manager to achieve the target of training department

主要技能及相关背景

Bachelor degree or above

Over 5 years’ related experience in cosmetics industry

Good literature skill and good at presentation

Good understanding for cosmetic retailing environment

Excellent communication and presentation Skill

Coaching skill / Communication skill is a must

Strong interest in cosmetics/retail industry and willing to work under pressure

Willing to travel frequently
