Responsibility：

？  电力领域项目销售工程师

？  制定关键客户计划，实现业务部门收入目标，密切跟踪长期增长机会；

？  在客户组织内部建立并保护网络；

？  积极参与客户项目的项目管理计划；

？  为每个大客户制定总体计划并执行；

？  根据部门战略确定新的销售机会；

？  完成年度目标和业绩。

 

Requirement：

？  理工科学历背景，本科以上学历；

？  电力项目（热电或者输电）经验及资源；

？  以客户为导向，良好的营销判断力，强烈的市场竞争意识；

？  较强的战略思想，领导力和管理的技能，能够在组织内推动和领导变革；

？  良好的沟通，谈判和演讲技巧。
