岗位职责

1.质量文件管理，工作规范，检验标准制定等执行状况监控管理；

2.部门内部自主开展各种工作落实；

3.对外宣传：负责编辑集团及各子公司对外发布的宣传资料，包括企业文化载体的内容编辑，重要新闻事件的采访和撰稿等，确保符合集团要求，资料的准确性等；

4.网站运营：负责公司公众号、公司网站的内容运营、排版和维护，建立对外宣传和内部共通的渠道；

5.素材收集：负责收集各类活动的资料，存档备用，为日后的活动开展提供素材；

6.跟进部门领导安排的各项工作任务,会议决议事项的完成情况，检查，监督各部门的工作进度和质量。
