职责：

1. 监督生产流程及拟定生产计划。

2. 确保生产有成本效率及安全。

3. 监控及激励团队员工。

4. 评估下属绩效。

5. 确保产品按时生产及产品质量。

6. 管理或是对现有员工进行培训。

7. 建立并且支撑对公司质量政策，质量系统和适当流程有帮助作用的工作环境。

职位要求：

1. 3-5年同职位生产经验。

2. 能够创造及管理生产预算及维持公司品质安全标准。

3. 中英文水平流利，有TEM-8 或CET-6者优先。

4. 为适用生产截止日期可适时加班。

5. 高水平的领导力和决策力。

6. 优秀的口头，人际沟通能力，以及书写能力。

7. 有压膜，锻造，热处理经验的优先。

8. 工程师学士或是相关专业者优先。

Duties and Responsibilities：

1. Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;

2. Ensuring that the production is cost effective, efficient and safe;

3. Supervising and motivating a team of workers;

4. Reviewing the performance of subordinates;

5. Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;

6. Providing consultation services with respect to training of new or existing employees.

7.Establishing and supporting a work environment of continuous improvement that supports the company’s Quality policy, Quality System & the appropriate regulations for the area.

Job specification:

1. 3-5 years experience in production at same position.

2. Ability to create and manage production budgets and maintain company quality and safety standards

3. Able to speak and write Mandarin and English fluently. Certifications in TEM 8 or CET 6 is preferred.

4. Overtime may be required in meet production deadlines.

5. High-level leadership and decision-making skills.

6. Required excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.

7. Stamping,Forging,Heat treatment experience is preferred.

8. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
