This position is to maintain and develop production testers for mass production and new projects. He/she must have advanced Labview skills.

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:

1 Support production for tester related issues in terms of including trouble shooting, preventive maintenance, calibration, repairs and improvements.

2 Represent testing in a Project Team and execute agreed testing tasks related to the project.

3 Provides technical expertise on Function tester, ICT and Flying probe tester.

4 Provides assists in the development of test plans and test procedures according to product specifications.

5 Build and maintain testers and test jigs to meet specified hardware and software requirements.

6 Perform verification and validation of testers during the development stage.

7 Continuous improvement of the testing processes incorporating testing methodology and technical expertise of employees

8 Exchange information with Gentherm to realise possible synergies with tester development and support.

任职资格Job Qualifications:

1 Bachelor in an electronics related discipline with 3 years experience in an Engineering / production role or a Diploma in an Engineering related discipline and 5 years experience in a similar role.

2 Practical experience in building and debugging of testers

3 Advanced LabVIEW skills

4 Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (minimum CET level 4).

5 Basic MS Word, Intermediate MS Excel, Basic Flowcharting, Programming language skills or Lab view skills is a plus.

6 Basic ERP system knowledge

7 Basic process Analysis skills

8 Basic statistical skills

9 Basic CAD skills
