岗位职责：

1.熟悉中国市场， 深刻挖掘并理解客户需求，并具创意与概念性，配合设计团队完成公司制定的设计系列；
2. 熟悉镶嵌类产品的生产工艺以及制作流程，掌握行业动态及行业工艺特点，确保设计产品工艺的可行性，独立跟进图纸到成品的流程；
3.掌握珠宝首饰流行趋势，收集整理流行信息，调研分析消费者需求，提出产品研发建议并实施；

要求：

1、正规艺术院校大专以上学历，美术、艺术设计、绘画等相关专业，有扎实的美术功底及较强的手绘能力

2、热爱珠宝行业，具备较高的个人素养和审美能力

3、追求完美，具有品牌意识，致力于为客户创造价值

4、有良好的沟通能力以及职业操守

5、3年以上中国市场开发经验

我公司每天工作8小时，国家规定之法定节假日休息，公司除按法定的婚假给予员工外，还给予来回的路途假，春节假期高达18天，另外公司提供工作日中餐、加班餐补，为员工投养老、工伤、医疗、失业保险等。
