Main Purpose
In charge of sales related process
Provide assistance to the sales team to provide analytic insight regarding the effectiveness of sales in the territories and secretarial support to the team.
Core Accountabilities
1. Order management on plan, analyse all sales data included wholesales, own retails and e-commerce, distribution management with closed communication with Sales team. Oversees and Analyses selling and pricing strategy.
2. Lead the sales rolling forecast in liaison with business plans to analyze sell through and adjust sales orders accordingly.
3. Provide tracking reports related to sales funnel /pipeline/forecast/orders to make the business recommendation / proposal to VP of Sales.
4. Provide sales performance reports regularly to internal related departments and AP trading planner, clarify to AP for the China business situation. Make regular sales reports to SVP of Greater China & Korea.
5. Head up retail sales plans and partnership programs to build sales plans. Collect data every month and monitor the plan result with retailers and territory managers. Provide costing, calculate margins and create targets.
6. Make inventory recommendations to the sales team.
7. Work on incentives and sales programs to run reports and monitor and to track success.
8. Organize the monthly sales review meetings by data collection, analysis and proposals. Participate in sales meetings.
9. Assist VP of Sales & Retail to tracking sales performance and overall Clarks China business to identify opportunity to driving sales.
10. As a key user in sales team for SAP running and manage sales data. .
11. Supervise Sales Analyst to ensure the relevant data accuracy and delivery on time.
12. Co work with IT to create the effective system to support sell in/sell thru/inv management.
Essential Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree or above
Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially on Excel & PPT
Basic Financial and Business acumen.
Strong analytic skill and knowledge of retail math
Technical Skills:
Excellent Excel skill
Analytical
Ability to multi-task

Successful Experience:
At least 5 years work experience in sales operations management in retail industry preferred.
Previous planning and reporting experience
Strong analysis and business retail math
2 years managerial experience of people management.
Good communications and interpersonal skills, presentation skills.
Quick learner and good team player with demonstrated ability to work on the projects cross-functionally.
Familiar with one of the popular ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.
- Native Chinese speaker with fluent English.
