采购主管


职责：

1.新的供应商采购，选拔，管理战略采购的产品类别；
2.供应商的评估和绩效管理，建设的战略采购计划，以满足成本，服务，质量，风险和可持续性改善的目标，及时处理价格查询/按期交货/质量问题。
3.收集和原材料价格趋势的分析和发展当前原材料的替代原料，以维持成本的新概念。
4.团队管理


要求：

1. 机械类相关专业本科以上学历；
2. 5年以上相关工作经验，有金属或机加工产品采购经验；
3. 英语听说读写熟练，能和外方客户英语沟通；
4. 熟悉办公自动化软件；
5. 较强的沟通及协调能力；
6. 有ERP使用经验；
7. 熟练的英语听说读写能力。
