Functional Responsibilities:
? 参与项目建造期物业工程跟进，定期参加项目部组织的工程进度会议；
? 参与项目竣工验收工作，协助物业公司收集、整理、汇总项目工程基础资料；
? 从物业工程的角度协助招商/租赁工作；
? 协助商场开业筹备等日常大型活动中物业工程保障方案；
? 负责物业工程承接查验缺陷整改的跟进工作，确保缺陷按时完成整改，并符合物业要求；
? 项目落成后全面负责项目整体的工程设备维修维护工作，监督所有工作的执行情况，确保所有设备正常运行；
? 与第三方物业团队一起共同审核及监督运营及工程和必要的资产性改造预算；
? 负责与所有的供应商及服务方建立专业的工作联系；
? 负责编写物业工程的相关报告并跟进所有工程相关的信息；
? 负责执行上级领导交代的其他工作，确保物业管理工作的有效进行；
? 负责物业项目工程相关人员的管理及培训；
Essential Requirements:
? 10 年以上购物中心、写字楼物业工程经验，5 年以上商业物业工程经理经验；
? 大专及以上学历（机电专业或者工民建专业)；
? 具备丰富的物业工程专业知识，至少精通土建、暖通、给排水或强弱电其中一种，并对其他专业能够熟练掌握；
? 有较强的专业能力，能够熟练运用CAD\Office等办公软件
