岗位职责与任职资格：

1．10年或以上的工程管理经验

2 .中英文流利

3. 大学本科或以上学历

4. 光学设计经验为佳（但不强制要求）

5. 要求有生产或制造经验

6. 有相关项目管理经验优先

7.有领导能力和执行能力

8.需要与国外工程师合作

9.必须管理和调度所有项目和任务

Requirement：

1. >10 years Engineering Management experience

2. English & Chinese fluent required

3.University graduate or above

4. Optical Design experience a plus, but not required.

5. Production or Manufacturing experience desired

6. Project Management experience a strong plus

7. Ability to lead and take action required, not just delegate.

8.Must work with global Engineering & Design facilities

9.Must manage and schedule all Projects and Tasks.
