职位要求：
1. 熟练操作EXCEL、WORD等办公软件。
2. 工作细心、认真负责。
3. 负责图纸、文件等公司资料的整理。
4. 二年以上工作经验。
5. 具有中/英文书写及阅读能力更佳。

工作职责：

1. 从系统下载新的图纸，更新旧图纸。
2. 在ERP系统上创建并更新产品信息 & 材料清单，根据采购部门的要求提供所需的盖章图纸。
3. 向生产部门发出新的图纸及工作指引，回收和管理旧的图纸及工作指引。
4. 发布ECN/CAR/SURF等相关文件，保存记录。
5. 管理每个部门的重要文件（如程序文件，设备文件...)
6. 统计QA / QC数据，扫描并发送检查报告给供应商
7. 输入检查结果到ERP系统中。
8. 在生产计划表中录入完成数量
9. 输出生产日报表，完成报告

Requirement:
1. Familiar with EXCEL、WORD and other office software。
2. Be responsible and carefully。
3. Communication and express skills in both English and Chinese。
4. Responsible for management of drawing and document。
5. Experience 2 Yrs or above for DCC

Responsibilities
1. Load new prints from system, update old prints.
2. Create and update item master & BOM in ERP system, provide the prints with stamp per request from purchasing department
3. issue new prints & WIs to production line, collect and manage old prints & WIS
4. issue ECN/CAR/SURF documents, keep record
5. Manage important files of each department (i.e. procedure files, equipments files...)
6. Sum QA/QC data, Scan and issue inspection reports to suppliers
7. Input inspection reports into ERP system.
8. Input the finished qty into the production plan report
9. Output the production daily report, finish the report
