1，制订教学计划，编写教案，进行对外汉语授课；
2，总结授课过程中的问题经验，定期与主管沟通反馈，提高教学质量；
3，参与教材本土化开发工作，协助主管完成教学教务工作。
岗位要求：
1，有至少两年对外籍学员的汉语教学经验，了解外籍学员心理及习惯；
2，有责任心，准备长期专业从事外汉工作；
3，熟练使用Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件，能独立编制培训教材，熟练运用教学设备； 4，形象端庄，性格开朗，沟通力好，亲和力佳。有现场控制能力和应变能力；
5、具有海外教学经验者优先考虑。
