职位描述
Responsibilities
1. To meet and exceed sales targets utilizing pricing strategies and appropriate controls. Manage expense of group in line with budgeted targets and/or actual
2. Develops objectives, policies and programs to coordinate and manage the sales effort. Leads, coaches and operates the sales team
3. Implement and maintain a sales strategy which positions the local division in a market leadership position. Execute a business plan to ensure complete and effective Customer service support and mutual profitable growth
4. To ensure all employees under his/her direction operate in an ethical manner and operate within the compliance/standards guidelines of the Corporation
Requirements:
1. Mechanical engineering related professionals, and have a bachelor degree and above
2. 10+ years' experience in glass industry, at least 8 years’ sales management experience, has worked in a sales & distribution role in a Multi-national company before
3. Have experiences in managing direct sales and indirect sales
4. Technical background with project management, experiences in production line but not only single machine.
5. Team leader, aggressive and sense of organization, communication skills and adaptability
6. Open to new approaches to sales & distribution and able to drive change and implement new ways of doing business in a Chinese organization
7. A willingness to work and develop in new environment, high energy, growth conscious, balanced commercial acumen
8. Effective communicator, negotiator and interpersonal skills
9. Proactive problem solver with ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
10. Speaks & writes fluent English and Mandarin
