职位描述
Responsibilities:
? Represent the testing team and owner of testing projects/tasks
? Deploy global test procedure in Tianjin; improve the test management & QA/QC processes, documentation, tools required to application validation and quality measurement.
? Prepare the test plan including the test strategy and risk assessment, and define the required test environment and usage of test tools
? Estimate time and cost for the test effort and prepare test schedule, manage/execute the test work and evaluate its progress and effectiveness, and deliver all test stream deliverables including test plan, test cases/test scripts, test results/defect lists, test reports, etc.
? Support testers/developers in their daily activities, and coordinate cross-functional communication, issue resolution, quality improvement, and training as needed.
Qualifications:
? At least 3 years of experience as test lead or QA/QC lead of software development in multi-national company.
? Excellent oral and written English skills.
? General knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process, working experiences in use of Agile/SCRUM is a big plus
? Extensive hand-on experience in a wide variety of testing efforts, techniques and tools; detailed knowledge in .NET, Java, SQL Server is preferred.
? Good business acumen, business knowledge in supply chain or auto industry is a plus
? Bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred
