Qualification:

1. You're about 30-45 years old, male.
2. You have worked in PCB field 10 years or above
3. You have rich experience in PCB production engineering, and get rich knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, chemical and equipments,
4. You have good English skill both writing and reading, English speaking is certainly a plus
5. You have strong organization skill of leading a project and good technical coaching
6. You have good communication skills and team spirit
7. You are a Bachelor or equivalent in Chemical engineering, Chemistry or Industrial Engineering or mechanical engineering or automation.


Essential Responsibilities:

1. Offers suggestions to refine the manufacturing procedures and optimize the running parameters both on new and existing PCB products;
2. Assist supplier to improve their process control and promote their capability under the current equipment configuration;
3. Guiding the supplier to finish some complicated projects;
4. Support Factory Supervisors and other teams to push the factory move forward;
5. Find out the weakness in the factory and help the factory improve it;
6. Meeting with suppliers to discuss issues, opinions, problems, complaints, suggestions and recommendations regarding all areas of PCB manufacturing;
7. Presenting oral and written reports to oversea sales or customers,
8. Cooperate with other related departments to give strong technical support to satisfy customer needs by the team work.
