职位概要：编写产品培训资料及授课、制定培训计划及考核，持续提升业务人员、促销员产品知识水平与销售技能
工作内容：
--培训规划：熟悉新产品，进行业务人员、促销员培训需求调研，了解各区域培训效果，制订培训计划；
--培训实施：开发新产品卖点、竞品对比、产品知识、制作销售技能等新产品上市培训课件及其他专项性培训课件； 制做各类市场培训资料并组织、出差授课
--培训管理：关注各区域培训工作的开展，建立培训管理体系
教育背景： 大专以上学历

培训经历：
具备 保险行业或直销行业培训方面的经历。

经验：
具备保险、直销行业、快消品行业市场培训3年以上工作经验。

技能技巧：
1）优秀的授课及制作培训材料能力；
2）熟悉手机基本的相关产品知识；
3）熟悉促销员工作；
4）具备计划、组织、协调、管理和较强沟通能力

态度：
1）具有较强的服务意识；
2）思维活跃，责任心强，有耐心，办事细致、有条理。

3）抗压能力强，能适应经常出差

备注：有保险行业、直销行业相关培训经验者优先。
