岗位要求：

1、市场营销、广告类、新闻经济、工商管理或相关专业本科以上。

2、二年以上品牌管理经验，熟悉互联网相关媒体及行业资源，具备互联网媒体投放经验及成功案例，3C从业背景优先。

3、熟练掌握品牌运作方式与技巧，对市场有灵敏的触觉和较强的资讯搜集能力，能够运用品牌的管理工具独立完成品牌策略工作。

4、有大型品牌推广项目运作经验。

5、具备较强的分析、组织、谈判、演讲和沟通能力，并具创造性思维及开拓能力。

岗位职责：
1、根据公司品牌战略与经营业绩目标要求拟订所负责品牌企划案与业务计划，结合季度预算、市场定位确定品牌营销计划与组织实施；

2、负责根据市场趋势、客户需求，制定所负责品牌产品线策略，包括产品定位和定价(价值号召力)工作，指导协调进行产品开发工作；

3、负责制定产品发展策略、区域策略、上市时间、计划等工作；

4、负责执行产品推广协调，与相关部门配合实施产品促销等营销方案；

5、协助销售系统完成季度/年度销售指标，完成新产品利润率的要求；

6、执行所负责品牌在体系内部各环节操作流程及部门外流程的衔接与组织实施；

7、对所负责品牌体系内部各环节业务人员的工作绩效进行监督评定；

8、带动所负责品牌体系内部团队各环节人员对信息快速反应，适应市场需求；

9、组织对品牌及产品的调研和分析，分析市场需求和消费变化，制定相关项目的可行性分析报告或计划书，以支持战略、策略、方案的制定和实施；

10、组织公司渠道网站与产品各类形象宣传与推广资料的制作；

11、制定所负责品牌总体企划方案，协调带动跨部门团队实现公司对品牌的销售预算、市场期望及最大化的利润。
