职位描述

General Responsibilities:
The Quality Manager, Asia is responsible for administering the quality policies, programs and initiatives in relationship to quality personnel, product qualifications, source inspections and supplier improvements in the Asia region.

Major Responsibilities:
? Manage Asia quality team to assure products meet quality expectations for pre/post-production.
? Lead the suppliers in the development and implementation of quality, reliability and safety control systems for supplier development, such as PFMEA, control plans, etc.
? Collaborate with suppliers for solving problems and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
? Monitor supplier quality performance metrics to measure the progress of the quality system compliance and improvement activities.
? Manage supplier quality activities such as source inspection for all finished goods, tracking and follow-up on supplier corrective action reports, supplier control and continuous improvement plans.
? Promote quality prevention and correction throughout with various quality tools such as risk management, SPC, Pareto Analysis, etc.
? Enhance employee and supplier personnel development through training and coaching
? Communicate with 3rd party labs for testing follow up and new standards implementation

Experience: (R) = Required, (P) = Preferred
? BS Degree in Engineering or technical field; a minimum of 10 years of consumer products industry experience in manufacturing quality. Preferred experience with juvenile products. (R).
? Excellent in Mandarin and Cantonese, Proficient in English (R)
? Supervisory experience (R).
? Professional Certifications: CQM, CQE, CQA, Six Sigma, or other (P).

Required Technical Competencies:
? Working knowledge of Quality Control tools (FMEA/Control Plans/Work instruction development, SPC/Pre-control, Pareto Analysis, DPPM, Cpk, etc.) are must
? Proficient in MS Office Programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
