USB Flash Drive and Promotion products Merchandiser/Purchaser

Personal Qualifications：
Must minimum 1 year solid purchasing experience in Promotion Market or USB stick market .
2. Very good speaking and written English is a MUST! CET6/CET4, Excellent PC skills in Excel.
3. Familiar with production standard and tech requirement of electronic products.
4. Shape, Aggressive , responsible, hard-work and Flexible, Need to have good negotiation ability.
5. Self-motivated team player, willing to work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:
- Communicating with our oversea sales and local suppliers;
- Material pricing request for quotations, negotiation and contracting activities.
- Follow up contract and purchase order implementation
- Quality control and inventory statistics.
- Record shipping/tracking, make sure the products delivery to our clients on time.
- Supplier database information creation, update and maintenance.
- Other tasks appointed by company management.

2. 5 and half days working week: Standard working hours 10:00 AM - 19:00 PM.(Mon to Fri)
8:00 AM -12:00AM （Sat）
