Quality Control Inspector

Requirements:

- Minimum two (2) years experience in QC position in plastics, metals and electro-mechanical assemblies fields,experience with lamps is perferred
- Preferably in drafting, fabrication, handling and maintenance of inspections jigs and equipments
- Familiar with technical drawings and Knowledgeable in handling measuring tools and equipments
- Team Player (extrovert), Initiative, Pro-active, Hardworking, Responsible, Disciplined, Self-directed, Task-oriented
- Preferably familiar with First-In-First-Out rule and Product Identification and Trace ability
- Knowledge of quality systems including ISO
- Travel to supplier locations to conduct product inspections,driving experience is a must

Job Description:

- Assist from time to time in the calibration of testing equipment & fixtures. Carries out routine maintenance of fixtures making sure that they are performing properly. Repairs, troubleshoots any defective fixtures. Prepares, design simple jigs under direct supervision.
- Assists in preparing check sheets used on his/her area of responsibility. Assists in training of suppliers’ inspectors and operators
- Recommend solutions to problems found on product/s inspections. Assists the Engineer in the day-to-day operation on assigned area and shall be the officer-in-charge during the Engineer's absence. Preparation of quality reports
- Performs routine tests & inspections based on given standards & specifications on products or parts in the FAI, Pre-production, In-process and Pre-shipment inspection stages
- China Operations Office located in Songgang, Shenzhen.

要求：

- 在塑胶、五金和机电装配行业至少有2年的品质检验工作经验，有灯饰行业经验优先
- 能够维护和保养检验的治具和设备
- 熟悉机械图纸，精通使用检验工具和设备
- 工作认真努力，主动积极，有责任心，守纪律，自我管理能力强
- 熟悉先进先出原则和产品的鉴别和可追朔性控制
- 了解品质管理体系
- 有工厂相关品质管理经验优先，有C牌，适应出差

工作叙述：

- 协助及进测试设备/治具的校验。保养测试设备/治具以确保它们的准确性。能对测试设备/治具进行简单的维修，按照要求可设计简单的测试设备/治具
- 对自己的工作可以制作检验记录.协助培训供应商的检验员和操作工
- 对检验中发现的问题，能推荐改善方案。协助工程师处理日常事项，会做品质报告
- 在首件检验，量产前的确认，制程检验和出货前的检验过程中，能够依据制订的标准和规格进行产品/制程的测试和检验
