JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle daily seafreight operations, dealing with clients and our overseas network
- Coordinate with overseas offices for shipment planning and arrangement
- Communicate direct with carriers and other service providers for managing the sea shipment
- Monitor and track cargo flow together with carrier

- Monitor AR and follow up with clients for timely payments
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in seafreight Freight Forwarding operations
- Able to deal with international customers both by direct contact verbally as well as written communication
- Support regional sales campaigns
- Familiar with European, Intra Asia and North American markets.
- Good spoken and written English
