Main Accountabilities
- Hardware development of frequency converter products in the whole lifecycle for Wilo pump, including concept, design and verification of electronic circuits for pump drives (power electronics, communication interfaces and HMIs...) with consideration of safety and EMC – norms
- Hardware development of digital & smart circuits (Control card, Wireless communication, Sensors…) for the pump digitalization strategy
- Cooperation with the Group TLE (Technology Lead Engineering) department in Germany to support the electronic development tasks and reuse the existing achievement in Europe/Germany, and contribute the establishment of electronic product knowhow in China
- As a leading engineer, analyzing of customer requirements, preparing hardware technical requirements, making WBS and tracking the work package schedule accordingly
- Lead the product development among Functional teams (Quality, Purchasing, Production…) and external suppliers

- Carry out design of innovative products in accordance to worldwide & local standards and regulations

工作职责：
- 水泵变频器的相关硬件设计（如功率电子电路，总线通信，人机接口等），包括硬件的概念设计、详细方案设计、芯片选型、功能验证等，同时遵循必须的安全及EMC规范
- 水泵系统数字化的相关硬件设计，以满足产品的数字化和智能化需求（如无线通信，传感器等）
- 与集团总部的TLE(Technology Lead Engineering)部门紧密合作，支持德国及欧洲产品的硬件开发工作，并复用和引入集团的平台化概念和技术方案到中国，促进中国本地的硬件研发能力的提升
- 作为主管工程师，能够领导完成从原型机到产品上线整个生命周期的相关任务，包括分析客户需求、准备产品的硬件功能需求、工作任务的划分与跟踪、设计与验证、产线支持、客户问题的分析和解决等
- 推动公司内部跨部门的合作(采购，质量，产线等部门)
- 外部供应商与合作伙伴的拓展和管理
- 产品创新的相关工作，包括参与集团创新方案评选、专利申请等

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Electronics, Electrics or Automation
- 5+ years’ experience in hardware development of frequency converter or other industrial equipment
- Experience in Sch and PCB design, and familiar with related tools (Altium, PADs…)
- Experienced in power electronics knowledge

- Experienced in embedded systems and microcontrollers (STM32…)
- Team player and good in communication
- Good skills in English
- Experience in EMC and Safety related knowledge and standard is preferred
- Experience in WiFi, LoRa, PLC and Sensors is preferred
- Awareness of project management process or knowledge is preferred

- 良好的团队合作能力和沟通能力
- 良好的英语水平
