1. 3D数码艺术团队的领导者，全面负责团队的工作规划、人员管理；

2. 负责3D数码影片的创意策划主创工作；

3. 对项目质量出品负责，把控最终品质；

任职条件：

1. 本科以上学历，影视、广告、美术、动画、艺术设计等相关专业；

2. 3年以上三维动画或影视广告设计工作经验；

3. 眼界开阔，具备优秀创意能力，追求卓越；

4. 精通MAYA、3DMAX等三维软件、后期合成及剪辑软件；

5. 对三维影视动画制作流程有深刻的了解和认知；

6. 英语良好，熟悉裸眼3D行业，有从业经验者优先；
