Job Purpose:

Develop, improve and sustain equipment to improve the operation efficiency and make it more cost-effective.

Key areas of accountability:

·       Define clear project plan, then define Spec, SR, CR, DR, FAT, SAT, ER for whole production process creation procedure.

·       Design semi and fully automated machine and tools improve operation efficiency and reduce the cost.

·       Release the machine specification.

·       Take ownership to improve and sustain existing automation equipment to keep the machine running with high efficiency.

·       Generate all appropriate documentation for the project, such as user manuals for operation and maintenance, mechanical prints and written specification of the equipment.

·       Train up the supporting team with technical know-how & logical mind of the automation machine in case of machine breakdown

·       Develop equipment specification and acceptance requirement with process engineer and supplier for the equipment ordered externally

·       Support equipment buyers to look for professional equipment / devices suppliers and participate certify the suppliers

Job scope:

Work under minimum supervising and most tasks can be finished independently with relevant knowledge.  Works require initiation and cases can be different.  Interaction with both internal and external parties and communication will reach levels from junior employee to senior management.  Work requires independent decision making and the decision would directly influence the production.

Qualification:

·       Majored in automation or relevant, bachelor degree or above

·       Min 5 years equipment automation design experience

·       Familiar with automation equipment mechanical design, control circuit design, and related software programming.

·       Good Knowledge about electricity power supply and distribution in factory

·       Good Knowledge massive production equipment reliability

·       Demonstrated ability to work effectively within the team and cross-functional teams

·       Good writing and reading English,

·       Good observation skill and logic thinking, proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills

·       Good communication, self-motivated, high ownership, passionate, open mind and positive work attitude
