岗位职责：
1、通过在线工具为客户提供优质的咨询服务；
2、详尽准确了解客户的前期需求；
3、为客户解答疑问；
4、整理客户咨询文档,辅助产品经理完善客户需求。
任职要求：
1、专科以上学历，接受优秀应届毕业生；
2、语言表达能力良好；
3、性格活泼，有良好的应变能力，能够应对客户各类提问；
4、具有良好的理解能力和耐心，能够快速理解客户的问题，并耐心准确的回复。
