Major responsibilities 主要职责:

1. Accountable for the day-to-day activities of all Design Engineers at responsible section.

2. To lead section to complete products design, existing products modification or support on existing products from the field or manufacturing, which fulfill the requirements of the commercial and the technical specification within the given cost, time and quality targets,

3. To make technical preparation and investigation for coming projects,

4. To manage the resources within the Project timescales defined, design planning of projects as required, assigning tasks to design team members and follow-up,

6. To liaise with Tridonic design engineers to ensure the effective transfer of product knowledge to enable reliable designs.

7. General responsibilities include basic circuit design, fault analysis, testing of prototypes and first production units, creation of production bills of material, drawing and test instructions, submission of documentation to approvals authorities.

8. Co-ordinate communication within the company to ensure effectiveness of the design through to manufacture.

4、 协调设计工程师来确保有效传递产品知识来确保可靠的设计

通常责任包括：基本电路的设计，缺陷分析，样机和首样的测试，物料清单制作，制作测试指导书，提交文件给认证机构

5、 协调公司内部的沟通来保证设计有效得传递到生产

·       Must be   able to read, write and communicate in English (minimum passed CET level 4). 

·       At least 5   years working experience in an English speaking foreign company. 

·       Bachelor   in Electronics or electrical related discipline and at least 8   years design experience in high volume switch mode power supplies or a   similar technical and cost sensitive environment. 

·       Analogue   design experience from first principles. ·       Experience   of engineering a product from design through to manufacture with extensive   know how on detailed testing to ensure quality as well as approvals   qualification. 

·       Working   knowledge of the basics of the safety and performance standards. 

·       Bench   experience is required, ideally with experience of working with live mains. ·       Basic MS   Word, Intermediate MS Excel, Basic ERP knowledge. 

·         具备熟练的英文读写和口头沟通能力 （CET4级）； 

·         最少5年在以英文为工作语言的外资公司的工作经验；

·         有电子类或者相关学士学位, 在具有大批量生产开关电源或者类似产品，成本控制严格的环境下，8年以上的设计经验； 

·         首要原则是模拟电路设计经验；

·         具备将产品从设计转换到生产的工程经验，有广泛的测试技术知识来保证产品品质如同认证时的资质；

工作地点1：深圳市龙华区民治街道民康路民兴工业区1970科技园（研发中心）；
工作地点2：深圳市龙华区观澜街道泗黎路硅谷动力射频园（运营中心），工作地位于泗黎路硅谷动力射频园的岗位，会提供班车。（目前有五条班车线路：宝安线，龙华线，布吉线，龙岗线和石岩观澜线）
