职位描述
1.根据公司销售政策，完成公司智能家居体验店的销售指标；
2. 负责门店促销活动的执行和实施管理（包括线上和线下）；
4. 负责商品、物料的调配和有效管理；
5. 负责体验店环境管理及设备维修的跟踪处理；
6. 顾客意见、建议及投诉的处理。根据市场需求，提出有效的促销策略；
7. 专营店员工的工作安排、日常工作行为的管理；
8. 负责对员工专业知识、销售技能和销售额的提升和培训；
9. 负责对店员的工作进行绩效考评，并进行正面的指引，帮助店员改善工作效率；
10. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
任职资格和能力要求：
1.大专以上学历，市场营销专业为佳；
2.年龄：28-35岁
3.工作经验：3年以上店长工作经验
4.工作时间：做五休二 10:00-17:30
5.具备优秀的沟通、理解、协调能力；具备一定的培训能力；做事仔细负责；热情度高；优秀的自我驱动力和学习能力（此条关键，不符合此条者请勿投简历）
6.福利：带薪休假、员工活动、聚餐、旅游、奖金、生日会、内部年勋假、节日礼品等，薪资结构：底薪+提成
